Knowledge Translation
At TRANSCENDENT, our KT initiatives follow the Knowledge to Action (K2A) Framework, designed to translate knowledge into action effectively. Our Community Advisory Committee (CAC) members play a key role in ensuring our research findings and resources are relevant for all audiences by identifying effective dissemination strategies and reviewing materials.
